30-Minute Teaching

A grounded introduction to working with crystals, including how they interact with your energy field and how to begin using them safely and effectively in everyday life.

15-Minute Guided Heart Coherence Activation with Rose Quartz

You will be guided through a powerful heart coherence practice, working with a rose quartz crystal placed in the palm of your hand.

This process combines breath, awareness and intention to:

• activate the heart centre
• bring your system into greater coherence
• allow the crystal to amplify and hold that frequency
• create a deeper connection between your body and the crystal

This is a simple yet powerful practice you can return to daily.

Preparing for the Session

If you already have crystals at home, have one or two beside you for the session.

A rose quartz crystal is recommended for the guided practice, if you don’t have one a clear quartz crystal can be used.
